The NSX Registry (hereby reffered to as TNR) does not share, disclose or sell any personally-identifiable information (such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, car VIN, etc) posted online by you with any other companies or organizations of any kind, including the sponsoring company Dali Racing. TNR also does not market to, or knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13 and own an NSX please write me.
TNR uses the personally-identifiable information we collect online principally to provide you with the service(s) you are looking for by registering here at TNR and to let you know about future site enhancements which may be of interest to you.
TNR is not a commercial site and sells nothing. No other vendors will be able to contact you though information provided by you when registering, not even the sponsoring vendors.
TNR collects information online by asking you for it, for example, when you sign up, list your mods, post a picture, tell a story, etc. This information is what allows the database to be useful to other owners. Only the information that you want to share will be visible to other members.
TNR uses encrypted cookies to keep you logged in only if you check the “remember me” box when logging in. They are stored on your computer for one year or until you log out from the computer they are stored on.
We use firewalls, data ninjas, and other technology and security procedures to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access or improper use. For example, you will note that while using some features of the TNR web site and online services, you will need to log in using a password. No one without that password will be able to access your account.
